Teens want to be independent and earn quick money for their daily expenses. Today teenagers are more and more enterprising and are looking out for work early. As a teen you probably do not have much work experience but aspiration to make it big can guide you towards your goals.

Today, there are many money making job’s like- watering plants and gardening, cleaning cars, take a dog for a walk, paper rounds, ironing, etc. these are some easy money making job for which a teen does not have to quit school or studies. In my opinion, we should allow your children to work early as this will not only help them to make money but they will be able to learn the value of money. In this article, I will share my thoughts on making money in Gardening. Gardening is a great job for teens after school or college and it’s a great outdoor atmosphere among beautiful plants and trees. If you are a nature lover then gardening is the right job to make money.

Gardening job is an interesting and appealing job. Gardening job comprise of various activities like- watering the plants, weeding, cleaning the garden area, piercing, digging, cultivating new plants and so on.

Here are some garden activities which can help teens to make quick money.

1. Cleaning the garden: cleaning someone else garden is a great way to earn some extra dollars. Garden cleaning is time consuming job and needs a great talent to do so. Many people have big gardens but no time to clean it. They are always looking for someone to help them. You can ask your neighborhood families if they need their garden to be taken care by you. Doing this job right you need some basic tools like- gloves, shovel, bag to rake leaves, some plants or herbs depending on the choice of house owner. With low investment and right technique you can earn minimum of $150 per day. Isn’t it exciting!
2. Watering Plants: garden centre are always looking to hire people who can help them watering the garden plants. This activity can make you earn $10 to $15 per visit. Amount can also rise if you take care of the garden in a right way and water the plants on time.
3. Weeding: weeding is one garden task which is not liked by many garden owners. Many garden owners cannot afford to hire a proper gardener for weeding; here teens can do this job efficiently at fewer prices. This is again a great way to earn money after school or over weekends.

The above mentioned garden jobs are an easy ways for teenagers to make money with zero or low investment. The teen jobs help teenagers to learn about finance, and time management that would prepare them for future jobs and careers.
